What every unlisted platform sells

The same forty well-known pre-IPO names, priced by the crowd, marketed by every broker, available on every site, with a price and a PDF and nothing checked.

What Off Market Desk sells

IPO-bound gems, before the crowd finds them. Profitable companies on their way to a listing that no unlisted platform is marketing, bought directly from the promoter while the valuation is still sensible. Before it gets a room, each one goes through the desk's proprietary diligence: site, factory and plant visits, customer orders verified, customer and supplier feedback taken and the numbers reconciled. Each carries a Desk Score.

Why Off Market Desk

Your first look. Their first real round.

A family office sees the raise first; the company raises properly for the first time. What every company on the desk has in common:

Multiple on invested capital (MOIC)premium paid by late entrantsSeed by promotersskin in the gameOff Market Desknegotiated entry · family officesPrice discoverybankers · platforms · fundsPublic marketsfull price discoveryYou enter herebefore the bankers
  • Only on this deskNo banker-marketed round, and not carried by other unlisted or pre-IPO platforms when it comes to the desk.
  • Revenue and profit, todayReal revenue and positive PAT, audited or in audit. Not a story about profits after the listing.
  • Demonstrably IPO-boundA main-board or SME listing within about 36 months, with the milestones laid out and tracked in the room: audit, banker, DRHP, listing.
  • Priced below the listed peersEntered at a clear discount to where comparable listed companies trade. Faster-growing sectors earn higher multiples, so every room sets trailing and forward P/E next to the listed peer set, and the test can be checked.
  • Promoter keeps the majorityThe promoter keeps control through the round and the listing, so the people who built the business stay in it.

Founders can check their own round in thirty seconds.

Questions

Before your office registers

Why don't I see the usual pre-IPO names here?

Because they are on every other platform, priced by the crowd and marketed by every broker; the desk has nothing to add to them. Off Market Desk only lists companies it found itself, that no banker has marketed and no platform carries: revenue and profit today, a demonstrable path to listing, and an entry priced below where its listed peers trade. If you can buy it somewhere else, it will not be here.

Who is the desk for?

Family offices: single and multi-family offices, the family trusts, HUFs and holding companies they invest through, and the CIOs and advisers who run them. Registration is open and the desk approves each office; each office declares how it invests and the ticket size it works with, and signs an NDA with each company whose room it opens. Funds and institutions are welcome by introduction.

What ticket sizes do deals take?

Each room states its own minimum, usually ₹50 lakh or ₹1 crore. The minimum is set from the round size and the 200-offeree-per-year limit for a private placement, so that a round can fill within the law. Larger allocations can be requested in the room.

Why are company names hidden until I register?

These are private placements. Under the Companies Act an offer of unlisted shares may be made only to identified investors, not advertised to the public, so the site shows each deal as an overview without the name, and opens the details to registered investors.

Does my investment pass through Off Market Desk?

No. You pay the company (primary) or the selling shareholder (secondary) directly under the signed documents. Nothing is paid to the desk by the office, on any deal.

What does it cost a family office?

Nothing. Family offices pay no fee to register, to open a room, or to commit.

What happens if I pass on a deal?

You tell the desk why, in one line, and it goes into your office's dashboard. The shelf and the alerts learn from it, the promoter never sees your name, and nobody calls to change your mind.

Is Off Market Desk a stock exchange or a SEBI-registered intermediary?

No. It is a deal desk operated by SintraCap Advisors LLP, part of the SintraCap family office. It is not a broker, merchant banker or investment adviser and is not registered with SEBI; where a deal needs a registered intermediary, the room names it. It does not run a trading platform, pool investor money or give investment advice. Every family office takes its own decision on the documents provided, with its own advisers.
