What Off Market Desk is

Off Market Desk is operated by SintraCap Advisors LLP. It is a deal desk: it introduces identified investors to companies and shareholders raising or selling unlisted equity, and arranges and documents those transactions. It is not a stock exchange, an electronic trading platform, a collective investment scheme, a portfolio manager or an investment adviser, and it is not registered with SEBI in any capacity.

Private placements

Deals are shown publicly as overviews only, without company names. Company names, prices, financials and documents are shared privately with registered investors who have signed an NDA with that company, in line with Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules under it. Nothing on this website is an offer or invitation to the public.

No advice

Information on the desk is provided by the company or seller and checked for consistency by the desk, not audited by it. It is not a recommendation. The Desk Score shown with each company is the desk's own assessment of how the company fits its curation criteria; it is not a credit rating, a research report or advice to buy or sell. Investors take their own decisions on the documents provided and their own professional advice. Unlisted investments are illiquid, may never list, and can lose their entire value.

Money

The desk never receives or holds investor funds. Payment for shares is made directly to the company (primary) or the selling shareholder (secondary) under the signed documents. The desk charges investors nothing.

Privacy

Registration details, including PAN, are used to verify investors, prepare transaction documents and keep the offeree records the law requires. They are stored securely, shared with a company or seller only once you express interest in its deal, and never sold. Visit measurement and enquiry handling use RankMesh; delivery of emails uses a transactional email provider. You may ask for your details to be corrected or deleted at grievances@offmarketdesk.in, subject to records the law requires the desk to keep.
